Scotch® Adhesive Tape 895 is a standard filament tape with a ScotchPro™ polypropylene film backing and a synthetic rubber adhesive. The glass fiber reinforcement in the longitudinal direction significantly increases the tear resistance of the tape.
Reinforcement - for heavy packaging or high transportation loads, H-pattern bonding provides optimum closure and additional hold, even when using double-walled cardboard. Scotch® Filament Tape 895 is recommended for such applications. Longitudinally oriented glass fiber reinforcements give the tape a high tear strength. The BoPP backing ensures high resistance to abrasion, moisture and wear.
