Watch lists
Our watch lists are specifically tailored to your needs and processes.
We offer two types of watch lists:
Own watch lists: Customized for your personal requirements
Company watch lists: Accessible and editable for all employees

Once you have filled your watch lists, you can conveniently forward them to your purchasing department, planner or project manager for viewing or ordering. The company watch lists allow authorized persons to place orders directly in the shopping cart and to trigger them easily.

Authorizations
In consultation with you, we can define specific authorizations, such as restricting access to prices or prohibiting orders. However, it is still possible to make a selection of items and forward them to the person responsible for approval.

OCI interface
Imagine you could create purchase orders effortlessly in SAP. With our OCI interface, we make the purchasing process with SAP much easier. The project manager can order the required products directly in the store and an order is automatically created in Purchasing/SAP. This eliminates duplicate work and noticeably reduces the workload.
