Shipping instructions

Delivery date
The delivery dates are stated in the order confirmation. If a delivery date is specified in the confirmation, it is subject to the goods being received on time. In the event of a delay in delivery, the buyer has neither the right to forego subsequent performance, nor to withdraw from the contract, nor, to the extent permitted by law, to claim damages.

Caveat
The seller reserves the right to first check the customer's creditworthiness and to request any advance payment. A purchase contract is only created upon delivery of the order confirmation.

Deliveries
Depending on the quantity and weight, deliveries are made via post or general cargo transport.

Delivery costs
Deliveries for goods worth more than CHF 1,000 (excl. VAT) are generally free of charge in Switzerland. However, we reserve the right to charge flat rate surcharges for small deliveries, special transport, express and direct deliveries as well as for deliveries outside the agreed delivery days.

International deliveries
In principle, EXW (Ex Works) applies to deliveries abroad. However, if the customer wants delivery from the seller, the costs will be discussed individually with the customer, offered and charged additionally depending on the effort involved.
