Scotch® Self-Fusing Rubber Tape 23 is an extremely conformable, self-fusing EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) based tape for electrical applications. Our tapes can be used for insulation in low and high voltage applications as well as for connections up to 69 kV.
Scotch® Self-Welding Rubber Tape 23 can be used for insulation in low and high voltage applications as well as for connections up to 69 kV. This thick, extremely conformable, self-amalgamating EPR (ethylene propylene rubber) based tape is up to 100% stretchable for void-free, moisture-resistant insulation. It is non-vulcanizing, durable and has excellent electrical properties. Equipped with a special polyester protective cover that does not stick when unwinding, this tape is ideal for moisture sealing electrical connections.
